Logical Negotiation for Doing Business Workshop

We have the pleasure of hosting an interactive negotiation workshop with Dr. Yuichiro Morimoto, a seasoned negotiation trainer who has successfully negotiated everything from start-up investment/M&A deals to supplier/sales contracts.
This is an hands-on workshop where some participants will join in on mock negotiations to learn proven tactics and receive feedback.
The first 3 people to register will have the opportunity to adjust the workshop content to their needs and situations. Some example topics that the workshop might cover including but not limited to:
- Negotiation between a start-up CEO and a local corporate gatekeeper in the first meeting
- Negotiation between a start-up CFO and a corporate venture capital partner about valuation
- Negotiation about an R&D collaboration agreement with a large corporate
- Negotiation through cultural barriers and differences
